North Dakota's most underrated city has fewer than 100 residents!

There are a lot of small towns in North Dakota that certainly go unnoticed and are completely underrated, but have you ever wondered which small town is the most underrated?

I did a little research and found that loveexploring.com compiled a list of the most underrated cities in each state.

Now you're probably wondering which city in North Dakota is the most underrated. The source awarded this honor to none other than Jud, North Dakota.

Jude, North Dakota

If you're not familiar with the area that's fair, I wasn't either. I found out that it is a rural town in LaMoure County, North Dakota. According to 2020 census data, it is a tiny town with just 65 residents.

You can find it on a map here.

According to onlyinyourstate.com, Jud is known for being the “City of Murals,” and you can probably imagine why.

There is a mural on almost every building in this city! How cool is that?! Bars, restaurants, grocery stores, you name it!

Another great thing about this town is that it is only a mile from Bluebird Lake and has some quiet nature trails for walking.

Have you visited this city? Do you know anyone from the area? If not, it might be worth making a stop on your next road trip.
