PHOTOS: Championship scenes from the North Dakota Class B baseball and softball tournaments – InForum

JAMESTOWN, ND — Jansen Jordheim, Cora Johnson And Braya Mauch each scored two runs to help Kindred-Richland to a 6-1 win over Central Cass on Saturday and win the North Dakota Class B state softball championship at Lyle “Trapper” Lawrence Field.

The Vikings won their first state title since 2017.

Experienced pitcher Danica Rath earned the complete-game victory by allowing one unearned run on five hits. Rath struck out four times and walked once.

Whitney Mitchell went 1-for-2 with an RBI for Central Cass.

Thompson and Grafton will play for the Class B state baseball championship Saturday night at Jack Brown Stadium.
