A New Hampshire teacher whose license was revoked after she accompanied an 18-year-old student to an abortion appointment has now had her license returned for the time being.

The unidentified woman's attorney told News 9 that she will keep her driver's license while the administrative process plays out.

In the lawsuit, she claimed that the Department of Education did not follow proper procedures in revoking her license.

The Attorney General's Office announced that the complaint was being investigated.
