TONIGHT. EMANI FLEMING WMUR NEWS NINE. THE NEW HAMPSHIRE TEACHER WHO SAYS SHE WAS SUSPENDED AFTER ACCOMPANIED AN 18-YEAR-OLD STUDENT TO AN ABORTION APPOINTMENT HAS HER LICENSE RESTORED FOR NOW. THE UNKNOWN WOMAN'S ATTORNEY TELLS NEWS NINE SHE WILL KEEP HER LICENSE WHILE THE ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESS IN THE LAWSUIT PLAYS OUT. SHE SAYS THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION DID NOT FOLLOW PROPER PROCEDURE IN SUSPENSION OF HER LICENSE.

A New Hampshire teacher whose license was revoked after she accompanied an 18-year-old student to an abortion appointment has her license back for now. A New Hampshire teacher whose license was revoked after she accompanied an 18-year-old student to an abortion appointment has now had her license returned for the time being.

The unidentified woman's attorney told News 9 that she will keep her driver's license while the administrative process plays out.

In the lawsuit, she claimed that the Department of Education did not follow proper procedures in revoking her license.

The Attorney General's Office announced that the complaint was being investigated.
