Yung Miami Reacts To Critics Of Son’s 11th B-Day Nightclub Party

Yung Miami appears unfazed by what the public has to say about her son’s nightclub-themed party. The Miami-bred rapper pulled together the celebration for Jai’s 11th birthday.

As hinted, given his age, folks online had plenty of mixed reactions. Some praised her willingness to fulfill his wishes, while others gave bombastic side-eyes with their commentary!

Yung Miami Celebrates Son Jai With THESE Party Elements

On Friday (June 28), Miami shared footage from her son’s nightclub celebration on her Instagram account. Taking to her IG Story, the mother of two shared Jai’s invitation, which resembled the typical club flyer. The invite included the date and time information and the deejay’s name. In the center of the invite was a photo of Jai dressed in a red Givenchy shirt with a diamond chain and a matching name pendant.

His birthday bash featured what looked like a small stage, colorful strobe lights, and a dance floor. There was also a booth for custom airbrushed t-shirts and a station for drinks for guests aged 21+. The swag and party extras featured the text “Jai’s Club E11even.”

Additionally, one of the event’s viral videos showed party guests tossing hundreds of white napkins into the air! Meanwhile, the DJ gave Yung Miami’s son Jai shoutouts on the mic.

Caresha Responds To Party’s Mixed Reactions

As clips of the birthday circulated online, Yung Miami hopped into The Shade Room’s comment section to clear the haters.

“Next post y’all will be saying yall didn’t know I had kids😂😂 my baby growing up this is what he wanted and that’s what he got!! & he had a blast 🤍 thank ya,” she wrote.

Her response came amid a wave of mixed comments like:

“Can we please not make this a thing? It’s weird [shoulder-shrug emoticon]. What happened to Batman? Superman,” @withlove_brie wrote.

@sharon.tucker.395 said, “What would an 11-year-old know anything about the club?”

“Y’all be tryna make these kid parties fun for the adults, and ion like that…,” @jaelynmonique_ added.

“Club theme ain’t the issue, mimicking an adult club is. Promoting alcoholism is. Our teen clubs consisted of dancing and a DJ,” @trinidadrell wrote.
However, we must note that there was also support for Miami making her baby’s 11th birthday dreams come true.

@dollhousepretty wrote, “As a child, I watched my mother and her siblings go to clubs, and I dreamed of how it looked. If your mother was cool and innovative enough to throw you a club-themed birthday party, it would be a memory that you would treasure for the rest of your life. However, we are often judged as mothers for not being perfect, but making memories with our kids should be a priority and just learning how to be cool and she rich !! Kudos Miami.”

@fonda_rn added, “My daughter is turning 13, and this is exactly what she requested.”

@ayegorgeous related, writing, “My son’s football team had a club-themed party & they were 8 & 9. Y’all need to get a grip.”

“Kids wanna have fun too! It’s appropriate. I think it’s cute,” @ashley.brionne wrote.

This isn’t the first time Yung Miami has received public scrutiny for how she parents her son. Last summer, she clapped back at folks who had something to say about Jai seemingly throwing money at dancers at a festival.
