BOB Hotels come to Tallahassee and offer affordable rooms

BOB Hotels – a new budget concept in the boutique hotel industry – is set to debut in the capital next month.

It stands for “Boutique On Budget.” Located at 1695 Capital Circle, the hotel was formerly a Sleep Inn & Suites. The new two-story hotel features 78 rooms with one king and two queen beds.

“The whole concept is aimed at providing people with affordable accommodation,” says Jarnis Krums, one of the partners behind the project. “We have noticed that many properties in the city center are being upgraded, but the affordable accommodation on the roadside is very limited and often lacks only basic amenities.”

Featuring king and double queen beds, BOB Hotels is a new budget hotel option set to open in Tallahassee in mid-July.

He said cleanliness and safety are the key pillars of the customer experience that guests will experience at the BOB hotel, while also “creating that boutique vibe.” With its quirky art and furnishings, the hotel's contemporary decor hits the mark in terms of modern vibe.

Room rates vary by month or weekend, especially during Florida A&M and Florida State University football or homecoming events. As of June 28, bookings for the month of July ranged from $75 to $106 per month and for October, from $91 to $411.
