NVNA and Hospice, a nonprofit home health and hospice care agency serving 27 communities on the South Coast, today announced that CEO Renee McInnes, MBA, RN has been named Chair of the Board of Directors of the Home Care Alliance of Massachusetts.

Previously, she served as Vice President of the Board of Management. As Chair, she will be responsible for promoting and implementing the Allianz's vision and strategic policies.

McInnes has served as CEO of NVNA and Hospice since 2016, leading a team of over 300 employees that has completed over 120,000 patient visits in 2023. Along with the organization's board of directors, she is responsible for the nonprofit's financial health and operations. McInnes' commitment to progress, education and quality has led NVNA and Hospice to consistently achieve 5-star patient satisfaction scores. During her tenure, she has led a targeted philanthropy program that has raised over $20 million for patient care.

The Home Care Alliance of Massachusetts is a nonprofit industry association of home care providers that promotes home care as an integral part of the health care delivery system.

Founded in 1969, the company's mission is to “bring people and organizations together to promote public health through care and services in the home.”
