While Georgia appears to be losing some national chains, it is gaining at least one more.

Jack in the Box announced last month that it plans to open 15 new restaurants across Georgia. Exact locations have not been determined, but they will be “strategically located throughout Georgia, with a focus on the growing Macon, Augusta and Savannah markets,” a press release said.

For most Georgia residents, Jack in the Box was pretty inaccessible. There are none in Alabama. The closest are in South Carolina in the Greenville area and in Tennessee in the Nashville area.
