New Hampshire's Lakes Region is fortunate to have several concert venues that provide a great music season throughout the region.

The Bank NH Pavilion is the largest venue and is located in Gilford, New Hampshire, on the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee, but there are other music festivals around the region's many lakes.

One of the most beautiful evenings of music can be experienced at the Castle in the Clouds in Moultonborough and also in Wolfeboro. The Great Waters Music Festival, a non-profit arts organization, hosts this summer series, which enjoys great popularity.

Great Waters' mission statement is: “To present and create outstanding musical, educational and artistic events that appeal to a wide range of tastes and enrich the cultural lives of people living in or visiting the Lakes Region of New Hampshire.”

The music season is full of talent of all kinds from all over the country. The highlight of the season is Judy Collins in the big tent at Brewster Academy in Wolfeboro, New Hampshire.

There is also a new Ride and Dine option where you will be picked up in Wolfeboro, taken to the Birch & Vine Restaurant for dinner, taken to the concert and then taken back home.

There is music in two venues, the Brewster Academy tent and also at the Castle in the Clouds, Lucknow's famous mansion.
