Six new programs presented at IMC Session 5

DUNSEITH, N.D. (KXNET) — Children can enjoy six programs to expand their musical and artistic talents during the fifth session of the International Music Camp.

According to a press release, the semester begins on July 14 and ends on July 20. Programs offered during the week include concert band, jazz band, jazz vocals, dance, college prep and professional development.


On July 20, each program will present one performance.

The dance performance begins at 10:30 a.m. in the Burdick Center. The jazz band and vocal jazz concert is at 1:00 p.m. in the Burdick Center, and the marching band performance is at 1:30 p.m. in the Masonic Auditorium. You can also catch the IMC Jazz Faculty Big Band at 8:00 p.m. on July 19 in the Masonic Auditorium.

All events are subject to the International Peace Garden admission fee, which is either $10 per person per day or $50 for a family annual pass.

A passport is not required to enter and exit the Peace Garden, but it is the preferred form of identification. If you do not have a passport, you will need a birth certificate for everyone in the vehicle and photo ID for anyone over 16. Everyone will be expected to present these documents.
