Epic Universe Ticket Details

Universal Orlando has distributed ticket information for its new Epic Universe theme park to third-party ticket sales partners.

To visit Epic Universe, guests will need to purchase a Universal Orlando multi-day ticket package with a minimum three-day stay at launch – all of which includes just one day at Epic Universe and does not include park hopping to or from the new park. There will be no option to purchase a standalone, one-day Epic Universe ticket at launch.

Visitors can mix and match from a number of options, including which of Universal's other parks they would like to visit (Universal Studios Florida, Universal Islands of Adventure, and Universal Volcano Bay), whether they would like to transfer between these original (non-Epic Universe) parks, and how many days they would like to purchase the ticket for.

For international travelers, a new Explorer Ticket will be introduced that grants 14 days of access to Universal's original (non-Epic Universe) parks and one day to the new park. The current version of the Explorer Ticket, which does not include admission to Epic Universe, will remain available.

The conclusion: At launch, an Epic Universe ticket can only be purchased as a multi-day ticket for Universal Orlando with a minimum stay of three days, with one fixed day reserved for Epic Universe.

Since this information has only been sent to ticket sellers at the time of writing, it is subject to change until Universal officially announces it.

What if I'm not interested in visiting the other Universal parks? And what if I want to visit Epic Universe for more than one day?

Other options – such as purchasing a single day ticket to Epic Universe and nothing else, as well as multi-day tickets to Epic Universe – will be introduced later. The timing of this rollout – and whether it will occur before or after Epic Universe's grand opening – is currently unknown.

The start date for ticket sales has not yet been announced (nor has the opening date for the park itself, except that “2025” has been announced).
